If you are ever dissatisfied with any model kit, accessory or figure you have purchased from us, you may return it for a complete "no questions asked" refund or credit. Please refer to the "Returns & Refunds" section for details on returning and receiving credit on previously purchased merchandise.

Privacy Policy

Personal information, such as your name, postal and email address or telephone number is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to process your order or reply to your request).

Additionally, personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as forwarding your query to an product expert or to a supplier able to meet your requirements, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.

Methods of Payment

Military Hobbies provides the following flexible payment options:

• VISA
• MasterCard
• American Express
• US or Canadian Money Orders
• C.O.D. - Cash or Money Order (Canada only)

There are no surcharges whatsoever for using a credit card for purchasing. If you prefer making a C.O.D. purchase (Canadian addresses only) there is a flat CAN$7.00 additional charge per order. You will be required to pay the whole amount of the order when receiving your shipment.

Note that in the case of back-ordered shipments, your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped.

If you wish to pay with US or Canadian Money Orders, your products will not ship until we have received your payment. All Money Orders should be sent to our postal address...

US and International customers please note.... All Money Orders payable in US dollars have been accepted by our bank EXCEPT the USPS "Green" Money Order. Our bank will not cash this type of Money Order and as such, we cannot accept it for payment. If you accidentally send this type of Money Order we will return it so that you may obtain the correct type.

Please click here to view the USPS "Green" Money Order. This is the only type we CANNOT ACCEPT. All other Money Orders (USPS "Pink", 7-11, Wal-Mart, Western Union, Wells Fargo) and Bank Drafts are welcomed and accepted.

Inventory

Each item in our catalog has its inventory status noted in one of two ways. Here's what each of them means:

• In Stock - the item is currently on the shelf in our warehouse and ready to ship. Shipping of in-stock items usually occurs within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
• Available in 4-5 days - the item is not currently in our warehouse but is currently on order (or can be ordered) from the distributor or manufacturer. These orders generally take from 4 to 5 days to fill and ship. If we anticipate a longer wait we will contact you via e-mail as to the expected shipping date.

If your order is of a time-sensitive nature (birthday, holiday present, etc.), we recommend ordering in advance of the required date or ordering "in stock" items only.

Shipping

Military Hobbies ships to Canada, the United States and most International destinations (see restrictions below).

We ship via Canada Post and there are 3 levels of service you can choose from, based on your location.

• Regular Surface Parcel
• Air Mail Parcel (International)
• Expedited Parcel

You will be given the option to choose your shipping method when you checkout your order. You will be shown the cost of each service based on your location. You get to choose the level of shipping service that suits you....before you committ to the order! Whether you're on a budget, or need the package right away, you get to make the decision and see the cost before you place the order.

Due to export restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to addresses in the following countries: Afghanistan, Argentina, Cuba, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Malaysia, Romania, Singapore and Yugoslavia

FREE Shipping

Military Hobbies uses a "flat rate" system for calculating shipping charges on domestic orders.

USA

Orders that total $95.00 or less - $19.50 shipping charge
Orders over $95.00 - FREE Surface Mail Shipping

International

$65.00 flat shipping charge for orders outside the US and Canada.This price may be adjusted if the order is of an unusually large or small size.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us via e-mail or phone BEFORE returning any product. We will issue a Reference Number for all returning merchandise in order to facilitate refunds or returns. Please view this link for the correct method of returning mechandise.

When your returned product is received, you will have the option of receiving a refund or crediting the refund amount against a future purchase. In the case of a refund, credit card purchasers will have the refund amount applied as a credit against their card. COD purchasers will receive a cheque for the full amount of the refund via Canada Post. If you decide to apply your credit amount to a future purchase, we will e-mail you a credit note that you can use at any time at Military Hobbies.
